AccountingWitness is a referral and matching service. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. Any information on this website is general in nature and does not replace advice from qualified legal counsel.
2. Expert engagements
Engagements with accounting expert witnesses are independent contracts between you (or your firm) and the retained expert. AccountingWitness is not a party to those agreements unless expressly stated in a separate written contract with you.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
We make no guarantee regarding the outcome of any matter, the availability of any particular expert, or the admissibility of any opinion in court or arbitration.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and layout are owned by AccountingWitness or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute materials except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law that may apply to you.
